How do you know what someone else is dealing with unless you ask?

In the past two years, I struggled with health issues caused by severe stress and abuse. I got rid of the abuser and those using me for their own selfish reasons, since they do not know nor understand who I am.

We need control to know how and when to stunt them in their tracks, but it is harder when we must sacrifice when it is those whom we love.

But I survived and grew stronger with each lesson and support. And even more successful because my heart and mind focused on facing realities to accept what is. We cannot move forward with resentment, hate, or holding grudges. So, I live with peace of mind!
