You need to be entirely open to ideas and able to adapt to changes that create new challenges. And for that discipline is a foremost important quality.
Trade up to the life you created and support the dream to agree with your partner. Normal is a dangerous place to be because you play it safe. I so often see it in companies that there is no team structure, and the boss is not a working entrepreneur who delegates, and form trusted partnerships. So, no surprise if the rest of your relationships have no foundation because you cannot trust others. The attitude of it is my way or the prime way will always reflect in negative results.
Get aligned with your purpose. It’s what are our goals, who are we together as a team, what matters to develop and grow together. The same applies in your life and business to create teamwork to grow in strength.
If two people pull side by side to support each other, they learn to be coordinated in a collaborated effort to work together and their strength surpasses. Each figure out their roles to be a team not fighting for survival but a family who works together for a common goal. This is the same strategy all successful entrepreneurs came to realize since each one's role is based on our strengths, not our weaknesses but a teamwork.
Most people come together at marriage making a vow but do not know how to work together and until any competitiveness gets out of the way to realize the real unity and decide to guard each other's backs. This is a reality of true respect when you need to get tough to save your lives and reunite for the real essence of a successful life and realize how to be there for the other person since there is strength in numbers.
You can only build a life with someone if there is complete trust and a higher power of a threefold cord to bond your future with actual strength to reach your success goal. Each one must trust each other on their jobs to achieve the mission and live for the future instead of hovering over the past. Time is an illusion if you live stuck in the past and obscured from the present that keeps you stunt to move forward into the future. That is why things are so hard for most to succeed because they do not realize that they are fighting themselves and blocked from a future. Nothing works if you are not willing to give up something to get to where you need to go! Letting go of the past will open your eyes to have clarity and see where you need to be and what your future looks like. So, define your core values to imagine a life in the future to reverse engineer what you need to do. A future does not depend on past or failures if you separate from it to transform to the right mindset of a new way of thinking.
You need determination to do the right things and fully understand a tough love that will enable the ability of clarity to arrive and take shape to be a true success story! My reality is, how strong do I need to be to stay true to myself and support the kid held hostage to set him free to get unstuck, to open from confusion to become healthy with no misconception about what true wealth means. The goal is to celebrate life and allowing each to figure out where they belong to come together as one piece. Life is about gratitude to live the life worthy of a future we earned and can share with loved ones, for peace of mind.
