You need to be entirely open to ideas and able to adapt to changes that create new challenges. And for that discipline is a foremost important quality. Trade up to the life you created and support the dream to agree with your partner. Normal is a dangerous place to be because you play it safe. I so often see it in companies that there is no team structure, and the boss is not a working entrepreneur who delegates, and form trusted partnerships.
